thanx to everyone who came and made this event one to remember for lifetimes. Mountains of props and thanks to FP and downlow for putting so much hard work and love into it. all the little things that u did to make it enjoyable for everyone shined through. i have felt the love building and growing all summer... i am so proud to be a part of this tribe. anticipation of this weekend was so high and these crews absolutely gave us everything and more! i think my favorite moment of the weekend was sunday morning with my family sitting on the stage reflecting on how different things had looked the night before... the space seemed so much bigger and SO magical (the lighting was unbelievable!) however, we are all feeling a little low and cracked with the sun intensity building and a few of our favorite musical guides missing in action. then, as if the campout had been touched by an angel... rodman is walking down the path from the left and mozaic appears from the right, breakfast is served and we are once again completely blissed in the moment... even in 105 degree weather... talk about serendipity!! mad props and much love!

it's truly an amazing weekend when i work my ass off in the heat and sun, dance my ass off in the heat and sun, suffer a fairly miserable drive home and arrive exhausted, blistered, and barely able to think straight, and yet have zero regrets and only the loveliest of memories dancing in my (still somewhat dizzy from heatstroke) head. perhaps, and i do not say this lightly, 'twas the best party i've ever had the pleasure of attending. the FP/DL crew is unstoppable. ...finally finding the playa-covered, flare-burned PANTs to your goddamn mint-green leisure suit after they've been lost for five years, and getting a chance to wear it almost immediately.... really really damn priceless. I loved each and evey little bit of that campout. I never imagined I would be able to dance friday night, saturday day, and saturday night in all that heat... thanks for making me !

The spot was splendid. . . . and damn. . .FP and DL. . you gave so much back. . .everywhere I turned there was free drinks and chai and munchies. . .and yummy Sunday breakfast spread. . . . and it looked fabulous. . creative signs . . well lit. . . . .rockin sets by everyone I heard. ..sweet beats by the chill space 24/7 (gorgeous morning journey tracks) . . some of my newest friends and aquaintences and a friendly group to meet s'more. . . all wrapped up in a sweet river spot and waterfall pools a hop skip and dive away. .
