bus ticket refunds

What's the status of bus ticket refunds?

I have not received a credit for my 2 tickets for Bus #1, and the email on 7/3 canceling the bus said I should have by now. When are those refunds going to be processed? Will there be a bus transporting passengers to the event in September?
