Wed, February 7, 2007 - 12:32 PMstephen--
never forget: we're living in a post-9/11 world-- you're either with us or against us.
are you sure you want to stand with the freedom/olive haters?
clash of civilizations!
holla!!! -

Re: > olive-haters also hate our freedom. <
Wed, February 7, 2007 - 1:23 PMi was misled through lies and misinformation and therefore supported the war on olive haters.
but now that new information has come to light, and the smokescreens have been identified, i can fairly say, that alternative solutions are possible. i strongly support bridging the bi-partisan divide in creating these changes in our policies towards olive haters which will bring peace and democracy to the conflict at hand. -

Wed, February 7, 2007 - 1:30 PMTERRORIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -
-
Re: > olive-haters also hate our freedom. <
Wed, February 7, 2007 - 3:22 PMi don't hate freedom nearly as much as i hate choices. if we could have freedom without choices, i would probably like olives. -
-
Re: > olive-haters also hate our freedom. <
Tue, February 13, 2007 - 9:07 PMWell you do have the freedom to not choose. But I'm with you Amy and Jay. I despise olives. Freedom or not I don't think there is any way you could convince me to like olives.
Funny side note: The bar I worked at in college served up a pretty good deep dish pizza. On Sundays employees got em for 1/2 off and most everyone who worked there would go to eat on the cheap. Some would go to be ultra cheap and just try and mooch a slice. To prevent tnat one guy used to order the nastiest pizza - green olives, pineapple and anchovies. When asked how he could like something so vile he explained that he really didn't like it but it prevented anyone from asking him for a piece.

Re: totally just out of curiousity
Thu, February 15, 2007 - 2:06 PMhaha, mistletoe is actually an herbal abortion remedy....it was originally used in pagan rituals during samhain (aka winter solstice). the community would gather in the center camp, if you will, and have a delicious mass orgy and to make sure women did not suffer the burden of this fun, mistletoe was picked and hung up around the perimeter of the camp to be brought home, steeped into a tea and sipped down, and viola! no fuckin brats....those pagan's were sure smart, too bad the modern desperate housewife is not as clever....but then they wouldnt be desperate.
so, yeah, i guess it serves the purpose of not having to deal with the <pain of being with family> (per the dr's quote), but it definitely is all about fucking. of course the so called christians needed to make this symbol belong to the church and turned it into the stoopid whatever it now represents.
everyone in the pool,
~k~
